Founder, Physical Therapist
Glen Gomez
PT, MPT, FFMT, FAAOMPT
Glen Gomez is a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in orthopedic, sports, vestibular, and oncologic rehabilitation. He is a Fellow of Functional Manual Therapy and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. These distinctions represent advanced post-professional training achieved by a select group of clinicians worldwide.
Fellowship Training
Glen completed an intensive Functional Manual Therapy Fellowship in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. His training included working with professional athletes, dancers, Winter Olympians, endurance athletes, and individuals with complex and persistent pain. This experience strengthened his ability to identify the primary drivers of dysfunction and develop treatment plans that integrate the entire body.
Clinical Focus
Glen specializes in dizziness, vertigo, vestibular migraine, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, chronic pain, and cancer rehabilitation. He also treats a full range of orthopedic and sports related conditions. His approach combines manual therapy, individualized exercise, and patient education to support measurable and lasting outcomes.
Experience
Glen has practiced in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient care and a Level I Trauma Center. He has treated individuals across a wide range of activity levels, from daily functional needs to high performance demands.
Leadership & Mentorship
In addition to patient care, Glen serves as a Specialty Program Director, mentors clinicians in an Orthopedic Residency Program, and teaches continuing education in advanced manual therapy. His ongoing involvement in education ensures that his clinical approach remains current and effective.
